Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Made-to-Order Products: As our outfits are made to order, please allow up to 15 days for delivery from the date of purchase.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Confirmation Email: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
3. Shipping Methods & Charges

Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping across India.

International Shipping: We ship to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery Timeline

Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Orders: Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. House of YUME is not responsible for any customs fees or delays due to customs processing.
6. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
7. Address Changes

Modification Requests: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at yume172196@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them once the order has been processed.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, certain factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays) may cause delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Lost Packages: House of YUME is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance or reach out to us for support at yume172196@gmail.com.
